What we do
Therapeutic services for all.
We provide therapeutic services for children, adolescents, youths, parents and families of all races, colours, religions, disabilities, or gender.
Child Therapy
At CradlersCot, children work with a compassionate and reliable psychologist to explore and improve their rational, behavioral, emotional and regulatory functioning.
Teens Therapy
Teenagers work with our caring and experienced clinical psychologist in a safe and confidential environment to achieve their goals. We empower them with life coping strategies.
Young Adults Therapy
We help you to successfully manage the transition to adulthood & address your needs for independence, intimate relationships, career growth, social connectedness, healthy living, & financial independence.
Play Therapy
One of our major roles is building a supportive relationship with a child. By encouraging a child to open up through the language of play, we can assess a child’s situation by observing how they interact and engage in play activities.
Positive Parenting
We keep an open line of communication with the parents. Based on our sessions with your child, we will share results-oriented strategies that will empower you to help your child thrive at home and school.
Adoption Counseling
It is very common for families to need therapeutic support before and after adoption. Our adoption counseling service empowers you to manage your pre and post adoption experiences effectively.
How we do it
Individual Therapy
We help give your child the age-appropriate tools he or she needs to work through personal challenges, learn alternative ways to cope and manage life challenges, as well as new ways to understand himself/herself, others, and the world around.
Group Therapy
Group Therapy consists of a small group of 2-6 children at a time that often consists of helping children learn and navigate social relationships, problem-solving, social skills, and empathy in a real-life theraputic setting.
Family Therapy
Our goals in Family Therapy are to help children, adolescents and their families to reduce negativity in the household and to build skills within each family member to reduce problematic emotions and behaviours by using communication, effective parenting, and conflict management.
